HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CHILD'S GALLERY:

• Visit the Portland School Portrait Pixieset homepage here. 
• At the top right, you'll see the search icon. Type in your child's first OR last name. Galleries that match the search will pop up. All children from a family are in the same gallery. 
• Click on your child's gallery. 
• Enter your email address to identify yourself as the parent/guardian.
• Enter the password FGCS23FALLPORTRAITS

• GALLERIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR 10 DAYS.  ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON 10/8.

In the galleries, the Print Store option can be found at the top right. Once you click on it, your options will drop down below it.  Simply make your selections and proceed to the cart to complete the process.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS QUALIFY FOR A TWO DAY EARLY BIRD $5 OFF SALE:
Single Digitals, Digital Galleries, and all Mix and Match packages. Sale ends at midnight on 9/29. Look for the sale code on the banner at the top of your gallery. 

MIX AND MATCH PACKAGES INCLUDE: 
Mix and Match Packages include both prints AND digitals at one package price. These packages also allow multiple images from your gallery to be selected. 

INFO ON PRINT ORDERS: 
Print orders are placed directly with the lab via your Pixieset gallery and then quickly and conveniently shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the ordering process and average approximately $7. Please double check your order before you complete payment. Pixieset is not always able to modify orders once placed.

INFO ON DIGITAL ORDERS: 
Digitals are available immediately after purchase. Download your digitals to a computer as the files are too big to download to a phone. Your digital gallery link expires 7 days after your purchase, so please download images ASAP. 

INFO ON COMPLIMENTARY CLASS COMPOSITES: 
A complimentary 8"x10" class composite is included with every order. If you place a family order, you will receive a class composite for each child. The full class will be included on the composite (example: Karen Thias | Violet Green Swallows | 1st and 2nd Grade will be on one composite.) Composites are created after those who have retakes have placed their orders. Composites will be hand delivered to the school for distribution. 

AFTERPAY IS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST FOR DIGITAL GALLERY PURCHASES:
Afterpay is a payment option which allows dividing payments into 4 interest free installments and you receive your product immediately.  Afterpay is only available for Full Digital Gallery purchases. If you'd like to pay for your digital gallery using the Afterpay option, please email me at info@portlandschoolportraits.com and I will create an electronic invoice from Square. 

INFORMATION ON WHY AFTERPAY IS LIMITED TO DIGITAL GALLERIES: 

Pixieset handles print purchases made through their platform and sends your order straight to a lab. Portland School Portraits is not part of the print ordering process. At present, Pixieset does not offer an Afterpay option. Since there's no lab involved with digitals, I'm able to create an electronic Square invoice upon your request separate from the Pixieset platform.  Square supports the Afterpay option.
