​HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CHILD'S GALLERY

• Visit the Portland School Portrait Pixieset homepage here. 
• At the top right, you'll see the search icon. Type in your child's first OR last name. Galleries that match the search will pop up. All children from a family are in the same gallery. 
• Click on your child's gallery. 
• Enter your email address to identify yourself as the parent/guardian.
• Enter the password 2025FGCS 

• RETAKE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON 11/2.

 

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

Once you access your child's gallery, the Print Store option can be found at the top right. Once you click on it, your options will drop down below it. Simply make your selections and proceed to the cart to complete the process. 
 

MIX AND MATCH PACKAGES INCLUDE: 
Mix and Match Packages include both prints AND digitals at one package price. These packages also allow multiple images from your gallery to be selected. 

INFO ON PRINT ORDERS: 
Print orders are placed directly with the lab via your Pixieset gallery and then quickly and conveniently shipped directly to you. Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the ordering process and average approximately $8. Please double check your order before you complete payment. Pixieset is not always able to modify orders once placed.

INFO ON DIGITAL ORDERS: 
Digitals are available immediately after purchase. Download your digitals to a computer as the files are too big to download to a phone. Your digital gallery link expires 7 days after your purchase, so please download images ASAP. 

INFO ON COMPLIMENTARY CLASS COMPOSITES: 
A complimentary class composite print is included with every order. You will not see an option to order them and they will not be delivered with your print orders. Composites are hand delivered to the school for distribution and ordered on your behalf after our ordering window has closed. If you place a family order, you will receive a class composite for each child. 

AFTERPAY IS AVAILABLE BY REQUEST FOR FULL DIGITAL GALLERY PURCHASES:
Afterpay is a payment option which allows dividing payments into 4 interest free installments and you receive your digitals immediately.  Afterpay is only available for Full Digital Gallery purchases. If you'd like to pay for your digital gallery using the Afterpay option, please email me at info@portlandschoolportraits.com and I will create an electronic invoice from Square.
